As senior director of the Building unit in Manchester, Graham oversees a team of specialists providing a range of specialist services to clients across the region. Under his guidance, the team successfully project-managed the construction of three major facilities in 2017, with a combined contract value of £75m.

Graham’s considerable building surveying expertise, together with his granular understanding of all aspects of planning, construction and maintenance, are deployed in his roles as both Project Manager and Employers’ Agent.
