An office leasing consultant since 1991; Glenn founded Canada West Realty in 1996 and joined Avison Young as a Principal in 2004, with a focus on downtown and suburban office leasing and build to suit development opportunities. Glenn has negotiated over 3.5 million square feet of leases, valued at well over $1 billion in lease value, since 1993. Glenn negotiated a significant pre-leasing development deal in downtown Calgary for 80,000 square feet in the new Ernst & Young Tower. In 1997 completed site selection on behalf of Shaw Cablesystems new 165,000 square foot facility in Northeast Calgary. Completed a transaction of behalf of Divestco for nearly 200,000 square feet in Centennial Place and in 2009 completed a 189,000 square foot transaction in Centennial Place for the ERCB.
Glenn’s dedication and commitment to excellence have made him an industry leader and consistently one of the top performers in the Calgary marketplace. Glenn is currently the exclusive listing agent for Palliser South, a 290,000 square feet class “AAA” office building under development adjacent to the Calgary
