Gavin is an RICS Registered Valuer and Principal of the Avison Young Belfast office. He provides valuation and agency advice throughout Northern Ireland with a particular emphasis on commercial property, development land and the leisure sector. Major clients include Whitbread PLC / Premier Inn, McDonalds Restaurants, Tennents NI, Cathedral Leisure Ltd / Beannchor, KDM Hire, Wine Inns, The McKeever Hotel Group and Ruby Properties.

Gavin has been involved in a range of disposal and acquisition work on behalf of a wide range of both public and private sector clients.

He undertakes both agency and valuation work on behalf of the main lending institutions in NI including Ulster Bank, Bank of Ireland, HSBC, First Trust Bank, Danske Bank, and Barclays Bank. Gavin has also taken on a number of high profile Fixed Charge Receivership appointments during his career and has significant experience dealing with the management and disposal of distressed assets.
