Garrott is an associate broker in Avison Young’s Charlotte office, specializing in industrial brokerage.
Garrott’s responsibilities include tenant and landlord advisory, along with the acquisition and disposition of
industrial assets.

Garrott attended Texas Christian University’s AddRan College of Liberal Arts where he received a BA in
History. Prior to Avison Young, Garrott interned at a real estate brokerage firm, where he became well
versed in the Charlotte market.
