Erik Heltne serves as Executive Vice President at Avison Young's Minneapolis office, specializing in the Southwest and West suburban markets, he represents both institutional and local office landlords, delivering strategic leasing solutions and market expertise.

Mr. Heltne began his commercial real estate career in 2008 with Cassidy Turley, a Saint Louis-based firm, where he assisted tenants and landlords in the Minneapolis Central Business District with lease negotiations. He then spent five years with CBRE as Senior Associate Broker, further refining his expertise in office leasing.

Outside of work, Mr. Heltne enjoys vacationing at their family cabin in Crosslake, MN, golfing, and spending time with his wife, Meghan, and their three energetic sons.
