David is a qualified Town Planner within the Leeds Planning, Development & Regeneration (PDR) team at Avison Young and has over 8 years’ experience.

David has provided independent planning advice for a variety of public and private sector clients within the retail, leisure, commercial, residential, education and energy sectors.

David has produced a range of planning documents to accompany planning applications, as well as appeals, preparing planning policy representations, site feasibility studies, lawful development certificates, section 106 advice and organising and undertaking community consultation events.
