Dave Roberson is the Project Manager for the Indiana division of Avison Young. Dave brings over 30 plus years of project management, managerial, and logistic experience to his team; experience he leverages to oversee the project management activities in the Indianapolis metro area including contract administration, project budgets for lease and construction negotiations, while monitoring local safety codes and construction best practices. Over the course of his career, Dave has played a pivotal role in projects both nationally and internally.

Prior to joining Avison Young, Dave was the Facilities Director for Frost Brown Todd law firm, where he was primarily responsible for the operations, improvements and maintenance of nine office locations nationwide and their physical plant; totaling approximately 500,000 SF.

Dave is active in the local business community, participating in the Building Owners and Manager’s Association and recently served a chairperson on a joint task force between the Indianapolis Chamber of Commerce and Indianapolis Public Schools, focusing on process improvement for facilities Utilization, transportation services, materials utilization and contract supply chain management.
