Dale has worked for AY (formerly GVA) for his entire professional career. He specialises in providing property valuation, appraisal (including financial master planning /assessment of scheme viability), project appraisal, project finance and implementation / delivery advice ensuring commercially viable and achievable solutions. He also understands the challenges in delivering major complex housing schemes and is currently advising on the delivery and viability of in excess of 10,000 new homes across the UK. He also has extensive experience of various public sector interventions / funding opportunities, including State Aid approved scheme, to help overcome market failures and unlock brownfield sites / stalled housing schemes.
