Since joining the company in 2011 Claire has acquired experience in the commercial property sector with particular emphasis on rating consultancy, landlord and tenant instructions and valuations. Claire is actively involved in revision and revaluation cases, submitting representations to the Valuation Office and appeals to the Valuation Tribunal. Claire also deals with general rating queries including vacancy refunds, revision and exemption applications, processing rate demands etc. Claire is also an experienced negotiator in rent reviews and lease negotiations primarily in the retail sector.
