Cindy Brohoski is a Director in the Tyson’s office. Cindy brings 25 years of experience in portfolio management, strategy alignment, site selection, lease/contract negotiation, benchmarking, occupancy cost management, database management, and organizational restructuring, for numerous corporate and public-sector organizations. Her focus is always to improve their bottom-line financial performance.

Prior to joining Avison Young, Cindy was a senior vice president with Binswanger for 16 years. She advised some of the world’s leading corporations in managing their real estate including Fortune 500 firms in technology, energy/oil and gas, aerospace, and manufacturing sectors. Her work included many large site selections and master planning exercises with emphasis on portfolio strategy, business case development, workforce fit, business climate and tax and incentive environment. She has been successful in negotiating many multimillion-dollar incentive packages from state and local municipalities throughout the country.  In addition, she has recommended and implemented numerous asset/lease administration systems to promote effective portfolio management. She has also provided transaction management for portfolios ranging in size from 1 million -14 million square feet.

Cindy began her career at Arthur Andersen in the Real Estate Advisory Group. She managed teams providing real estate consultation services, regarding various property types. Then she moved to Fannie Mae where she was director of corporate real estate, responsible for creating and implementing their national office portfolio strategy.
