Chris Wigle is a Broker at Avison Young’s Toronto West office. Chris is an experienced bilingual (English/French) commercial real estate professional with nearly 20 years of industry experience. Specializing in both industrial and office sales & leasing, land sales, multi-residential sales, and commercial re-development, he focuses significantly on the GTA West submarket.

Before joining Avison Young, Chris spent much of his career working with institutional landlords and Real Estate Investment Trusts (REITs), notably as Vice President, Leasing, where he established real estate functions and portfolio asset management platforms. He also served as Director, Leasing - Western Canada & USA, overseeing 15 million square feet throughout North America. Before starting his career at a large brokerage, Chris also served a four-year commitment as an Infantry Officer for the Canadian Forces. 

Chris recently obtained his Executive MBA in Real Estate Leadership and continues volunteering his leadership time as a coach in youth hockey and lacrosse.
