Chris has over 25 years’ hands on experience in the Central London investment / capital market and has advised on over £3 billion of real estate transactions in his career. Chris has worked closely with various investor groups and acquired and sold buildings for numerous well-known investors including AIK, Allianz, Credit Suisse, WHIH, Pramerica, SEB, KanAm, AIK, HansaInvest, WestInvest, iii Fonds and GLL / Macquarie.

Chris joined Avison Young (previously GVA) as the Head of City Transactions and specialises in acquisitions, disposals and development consultancy of mainly office investments throughout Central London on behalf of UK and overseas Institutions, Property Companies, Developers and Private Investors. (2015 – present).

Chris was formerly a Senior Director at JLL where he spent seven years in the Central London Capital Markets team advising a variety of clients and was particularly successful with German and other overseas institutional funds. (2008 – 2015).

Chris spent two years leading the City Investment team at NB Real Estate (Nelson Bakewell) working in the International Investment team advising mainly overseas investors across Central London.
