As Senior Property Manager, Cherny William Atobrah is responsible for the day-to-day operations of a portfolio of office and retail totaling approximately 700,000 square feet (sf).

Prior to Madison Marquette’s merger with Avison Young, Cherny managed a portfolio totaling over 1 million square feet which included a 260,000 sf office building in Houston and over 742,000 sf in the Clearlake area which included an industrial complex, two office building centers and three retail properties, multi and ground lease tenants.

With over 20 years of experience in commercial real estate property management, Cherny has a proven track record in team leadership, client relations, and employee training and development, with a strong focus on optimizing asset performance. She has experience working on diverse assignments with owners that range from institutional investment groups, regional investment fund groups and individual owners and include suburban office, medical office, retail and industrial properties.

Cherny has exceptional organization skills and is detail oriented, focused and team minded. She has been recognized and acknowledged by owners and tenants alike for outstanding customer service and tenant relations skills. She is proficient in lease and contract administration, financial reporting, budget preparation, prior year reconciliations and accounts payables and receivables procedures and continues to expand her skills in all areas of asset property management and construction, both capital building and tenant improvements.
