Carrie Robinson is Director of U.S. Sales Enablement for Avison Young, located in the Dallas office. She leads the team supporting new business pursuits for single and multi-market accounts with Brokerage, Consulting, Property Management, Technology, as well as the Professional Services Team across the U.S. Carrie brings 24 years of commercial real estate experience across multiple service lines, with 12 years in market research and analytics, giving her a unique and deep understanding of real estate trends. She leverages this knowledge to deliver strategic solutions for the company's new business pursuits.
Prior to her current role, Carrie was Vice President, Business Development with Avison Young’s Nashville office. She focused on promoting the company’s full-service platform to local and national clients with the Brokerage and Property Management teams, as well as with individual brokers. She served on the Nashville management team and was instrumental in the strategy, development and growth of the local operations, research, and marketing platforms. She also served on the U.S. Research Leadership team and held the Operations Manager position for the national team.
Carrie previously served as Director of Research for Cushman and Wakefield in Nashville, where she was responsible for managing and maintaining the company’s proprietary database, including property sales and leases, tenant information and company transactions. She assisted in securing and servicing numerous local and institutional owners as well as preparing reports and analysis for each of these clients and the local market.
