As a Client Service Coordinator, Conroy-Romano has complete project oversight for a multitude of projects in the Office Leasing sector. She has extensive experience managing the RFP process from start to finish, which includes assigning deliverables, strategic development and acting as the point person between the Principals and the client. Conroy-Romano also manages the vendor certification process for Avison Young’s corporate clientele.  She is responsible for managing several corporate accounts, local assignments and various consulting initiatives.  Conroy-Romano has tracked activity and reporting for multiple building leasing agency assignments totaling more than three million rentable square feet. In this capacity, she has developed strong relationships with Avison Young’s clients and is instrumental in ensuring client satisfaction. Her dependability and overall professionalism make her an asset to each project she leads.

Previously, Conroy-Romano was an Account Manager and Sales Representative for American Pipe & Tank Lining Co., where she worked with property management companies in the real estate industry, such as Cushman & Wakefield, Newmark Knight Frank, Thor Equities and NYCHA for six years. Her extensive knowledge of building systems has earned the trust of property managers and strengthened client relationships, especially while conducting on-site meetings and jobsite inspections. Conroy-Romano has worked with the FDNY, Department of Buildings, Department of Health and the Department of Environmental Protection to enforce strict local laws and codes of compliance to protect clients from receiving fines and violations. In addition, she ran capital projects in excess of one million dollars. Conroy-Romano began her career managing business operations, bid preparation and writing sales proposals for American Pipe & Tank Lining Co.
