Carla Ghisalberti, Brazilian born, is responsible for supporting business development initiatives for the Avison Young Downtown team. Her activities include organizing workflow and schedules, database and information compilation. She interfaces with the AY marketing department to create and distribute market communication to support the team in client relationship activities.

Her specialties include market analysis, client-company interaction, project management and communication planning.

Carla began her career in Brazil in advertising, followed by a 7-year career as Sales and Marketing Director of a large local office furniture manufacturer where she developed and nurtured close relationships with the architecture community and major corporate clients. She managed a 20-person sales and marketing team at Getty Images Brazil and continued to coordinate and develop cultural and photography projects through her own business consulting company. In 2014, Carla joined InterRelate Group, where she was responsible for the structuring of new business development initiatives across multiple segments, focusing on the Brazilian market. Her activities included working with corporate image, market communication and client relationships.
