Brent Basham is a Vice President in Avison Young’s Nashville office. He has represented over 2 million square feet of space for landlords and participated in more than 1 million square feet of tenant representation and corporate services work during his 38 years of experience in the brokerage business.

Brent has been involved in over $1 billion of land, office, retail, and industrial sales. He has extensive experience in the disposition of surplus and adaptive reuse assets, including commercial/residential land, industrial, and retail properties for corporate, trust, institutional, and government entities.

Prior to joining Avison Young, Brent was with Cushman & Wakefield | Cornerstone (one of the original founders), where he was the Director of Corporate Services.
