Bob Budd joined Avison Young's Guelph office in 2012 as a Sales Representative and Senior Associate, Land Sales and Acquisitions.

Mr. Budd headed the sales and Acquisitions Branch of Ontario Realty Corporation (ORC) from 1999 to 2002.  Bob re-located to Guelph, Ontario and retired from ORC in 2006 as Regional Vice-President, Transaction Management Group.  Bob now joins AY after a further six years experience with RE/MAX in Hamilton, Ontario.  Bob holds a Bachelor of Arts (Hons) degree from York University.
