Ben Millis serves as a Principal at Avison Young Las Vegas office. Mr. Millis represents investors in the sale of commercial properties in the Las Vegas market. He has completed hundreds of transactions valued in excess of $400 million throughout his career.
Mr. Millis has been working in the commercial real estate industry in the Las Vegas region for 18 years. He is a real estate investor and has acted as the managing partner on more than 20 investment properties throughout the Las Vegas area. Prior to joining Avison Young, Ben spent eight years as managing director at Newmark Grubb Knight Frank’s Las Vegas office. Prior to that he was vice president of industrial sales and leasing at NAI Global. Additionally, Mr. Millis was a sergeant in the United States Marine Corps where he earned four Certificates of Commendation and two Navy and Marine Corps Achievement Medals.
Mr. Millis achieved the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR) designation, the leading global professional office and industrial real estate affiliation, representing today’s most knowledgeable, experienced, and successful commercial real estate specialists.
Mr. Millis earned his Bachelor of Business Administration dual degree in real estate and urban land economics as well as management and human resources from the University of Wisconsin–Madison Real Estate Program, where he graduated with distinction (top 10% of his class).
