Current Responsibilities

Barton Hyde joined Avison Young in August of 2012 as a Principal, Office Group.  With 15 years of commercial real estate experience in Las Vegas, Barton specializes in the sales and leasing of professional and medical office space focusing on new business development, financial analysis, consultations and managing client relations. Prior to joining Avison Young, Barton was a Vice President at Newmark Grubb Knight Frank for over 13 years.

Barton is intimately familiar with the local commercial real estate market, having been a resident of Las Vegas since 1975. He is one of the leading professionals in commercial real estate and represents national and local clients as well as some of the largest and most prestigious properties in Las Vegas.

Barton has established relationships with a large variety of doctors and practices across the Greater Las Vegas area and serves his clients by providing up-to-date experienced transaction expertise and extensive market knowledge. Barton continues to assist his clients in procuring the best lease and purchase options available under the most challenging market conditions in the valley.
