Specializing in workplace strategy, Asia advises clients on strategic real estate planning. She has over eight years of workplace design experience where she helps clients identify, evaluate and implement workplace concepts.  Her innovative thinking and data driven design recommendations have helped clients align their goals and work environment to reduce their real estate cost, maximize employee engageent and retention and optimize the work environment.  

Asia’s focus is in strategy development, space optimization, employee engagement, workplace scenario development and programming/space planning through implementation. She provides comprehensive consulting services that align company goals with workplace design integrating data-driven insights. 

Prior to joining Avison Young, Asia was an interior designer in Atlanta, GA. She was an integral part of the leadership committee and designed over 540,000 sf in combined projects. With a background in Business Management, Asia has a well-rounded approach to workplace strategy creating holistic results for a multitude of cross-industry clients.
