Ann-Kathrin is responsible for the operational and structural issues of our CRM and brokerage system estatePro at Avison Young Germany. This includes responsibility for the entire system, continuous development, problem solving and ensuring smooth operations on a national level.

With her extensive knowledge and expertise, Ann-Kathrin ensures that the system is managed effectively and efficiently. She works closely with teams and stakeholders to develop optimal solutions and ensure customer and business needs are met.

Prior to joining the CRM team, Ann-Kathrin was responsible for all administrative matters for the Frankfurt office leasing team.
