Amanda Ruller is the Operations Manager for the New York region. In collaboration with the Tri-State President, Amanda helps manage and deliver on key areas including Finance, HR, IT, Communications/PR, CRM and Licensing/Compliance. She is also responsible for the general operations and facilities, as well as managing the administrative professionals across the region.

Entering the commercial real estate industry 10 years ago, Amanda has held multiple administrative and managerial positions throughout her career. Prior to joining Avison Young, Amanda was the Operations Manager for CBRE, Inc.’s Assessment & Consulting Services division. She is accustomed to wearing many hats within an organization and takes a solution-centric approach to achieve goals, increase efficiency, and drive success in the market.

Amanda holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Management from Fordham University.
