Alex Lopes is a Field Superintendent for Avison Young’s Real Estate Management Services.

As a Field Superintendent, Alex is highly skilled in creating and leading cohesive teams, overseeing production, activities, and operations for projects of all sizes. He possesses expertise in project management, project cost estimation, coordination of trades, and blueprint reading.

Alex attended St. John's University and holds several certifications in construction safety and health, lead safety, and basic life support.

Hailing from Staten Island, Alex has been immersed in the construction industry since childhood, as his father owned one of the oldest union painting companies in New York. With a deep-rooted passion for the field, Alex ventured into entrepreneurship, owning his own business for four years before relocating to Miami to join Zillow. He takes great pride in his godson, Bryce, and enjoys going to the gym and cooking for his family.
