Aaron Anderson, MAI, AI-GRS, joins Avison Young with over 11 years of real estate appraisal and consulting experience.  Experienced in valuation of most property types throughout Colorado and nationally, Aaron specializes in multi-family product including market-rate, affordable housing and senior housing, tax appeal, expert witness testimony and going-concern assignments.  Aaron has handled institutional grade product across the United States and is an expert in Discounted Cash Flow modeling utilizing programs including Argus Enterprise and FuelCRE.  Aaron has worked with large national firms including Integra Realty Resources, Newmark Grubb Knight Frank, and Butler Burgher Group to name a few, as well as his own privately-held consulting group based in Colorado.  Aaron has worked with a wide variety of government, local, national, and international clientele on assignments to assist with financing, financial reporting, internal decision making, wills/estates, matrimonial disputes, foreclosure proceedings, arbitration, and other purposes.

Aaron holds the MAI and AI-GRS designations from the Appraisal Institute as well as a Bachelor of Science Degree from the University of Portland.
