Avison Young team tapped to sell legacy-defining redevelopment opportunity

Los Angeles, CA – Avison Young has been exclusively retained to sell The Block on Beverly, a full city block in the heart of Beverly Grove, one of Los Angeles’ most sought-after and affluent neighborhoods. Situated on a .65-acre parcel at 8230 to 8256 Beverly Boulevard and flanked by two of the city’s premier retail destinations—The Beverly Center and The Grove—the site is poised for a legacy-defining redevelopment opportunity.
