Avison Young team tapped to sell legacy-defining redevelopment opportunity

Los Angeles, CA – Avison Young has been exclusively retained to sell The Block on Beverly, a full city block in the heart of Beverly Grove, one of Los Angeles’ most sought-after and affluent neighborhoods. Situated on a .65-acre parcel at 8230 to 8256 Beverly Boulevard and flanked by two of the city’s premier retail destinations—The Beverly Center and The Grove—the site is poised for a legacy-defining redevelopment opportunity. The asset is unpriced with the seller seeking the best offer with a swift closing.

The Avison Young team tapped to represent the seller, a private family office that has owned the property for more than four decades, is comprised of Peter Sherman, Principal and U.S. Capital Markets Leader, Chris Bonbright, Principal and Managing Director, and Eric Moore, Principal, Brokerage – all based in Los Angeles.

The Block on Beverly features 257 feet of frontage on Beverly Boulevard between Sweetzer Avenue and Harper Avenue and includes 27,129 square feet of existing office and retail space across three buildings.
