The property will serve as the new headquarters for the buyer, Abaline Supply Company

Branchburg, NJ – Avison Young has arranged the sale of a 311,040-square-foot (sf) industrial property at 3091 Route 22 in Branchburg, NJ on behalf of the seller, Transwestern Development Company. The buyer, Abaline Supply Company, will occupy the space which will serve as its new headquarters. The 25.56-acre property was developed over the past two years to be delivered for the owner-occupier. 

Transwestern Development Company was represented by Matthew Turse, Tim Cadigan, Judy Troiano, John Gianis, and Stephen Gianis, all based in Avison Young’s Morristown, NJ office. Abaline Supply Company was represented by Randy Eigen of CBRE.

The property will serve as a new home base for Abaline Supply Company’s employees and manufacturing operations. Features of the building include 42 dock doors, 40-foot ceilings, parking for 29 trailers, a solar-ready roof, and toll-free access to Port Newark and Elizabeth.
