The company grows into 14,000-sf at The Schrafft Center in Charlestown

Boston, MA – Avison Young has arranged a new lease at Schrafft Center, 529 Main Street, in Charlestown, Boston, MA on behalf of GreenSight, a prominent artificial intelligence platform provider, at The Schrafft Center in Charlestown, MA. GreenSight will be relocating to a spacious 14,000-square-foot (sf) office space, upgrading from their current 10,000-sf location at 12 Channel Street in Boston’s Seaport neighborhood. This strategic move aligns with GreenSight's rapid growth trajectory and their aspiration for superior space within an amenity-rich environment.

Kirk Weller and Jeffrey Gates, both located in Avison Young’s Boston office, represented GreenSight.

The property is formerly the site of Schrafft’s Candy Factory and was renovated by The Flatley Company in 1984.
