Greenville, SC – Avison Young’s Greenville office is pleased to announce the promotions of brokers Rakan Draz and James McKay to Vice Presidents and Reeves Willis to Senior Associate. Draz and McKay specialize in retail and investment services and have qualified for advancement to Vice President. Willis specializes in industrial leasing and sales and will advance to the role of Senior Associate.

Rakan Draz has over 8 years of experience and specializes tenant representation and agency leasing in the retail sector. Rakan has cultivated relationships with numerous local, regional, and national retailers, assisting with their needs from first brick-and-mortar location to regional expansion plans.

James McKay has over 13 years of experience, specializing in retail and investment services. He has assisted a variety of clients from international real estate investment trusts to local investors, from national retailers to mom-and-pop restaurants. He guides his clients through every stage of the commercial real estate cycle by keeping them informed through market knowledge, data, and news to ensure all clients remain competitive and profitable long term.

Reeves joined Avison Young in May 2021, after graduating with a double major in finance and economics from Anderson University’s School of Business. He specializes in industrial and land, assisting tenants and buyers through the transaction process.  Resourceful and analytical, Reeves is adept at building relationships with clients, taking the time to thoroughly understand their needs and business objectives.
