Atlanta, GA – Avison Young has been exclusively retained by B Group Capital Management to lease the five-story, 105,464-square-foot (sf), office building located at 2700 Cumberland Parkway in the Cumberland/Galleria submarket. The recently renovated building features a variety of space options including a new generation of spec suites and full floor.
The owners are represented by Chris Godfrey, Principal and Monica Speak, Vice President, both based in Avison Young’s Atlanta office.
