Ty Gradwell joins Avison Young as an Associate

Pittsburgh, PA – Brad Totten, Principal and Managing Director of the firm’s Pittsburgh office, today announced the strategic hiring of Ty Gradwell as an Associate. Ty will focus on office and industrial agency leasing and tenant representation services with a particular focus on Westmoreland and Indiana counties.
 
“We are delighted to have Ty as a member of our Avison Young brokerage services team in Pittsburgh,” said Totten. “As a native of Indiana County, coupled with his extensive market knowledge, Ty is a natural fit for our growing team.”  
 
Ty began his professional career in commercial real estate with the Advisory & Transaction Services Group at CBRE and the Investment Advisory Group at Oxford Development where he focused on leasing office space in Pittsburgh’s Central Business District.

Ty graduated from the University of Pittsburgh’s College of Business Administration with a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance and Marketing.
