Avison Young welcomes Houston-based leaders to its 2022 Principal Class

[Houston, TX] – Rand Stephens, Avison Young Principal and Managing Director of the firm’s Houston office, today announced that Drew Coupe and Josh Morrow have been named Avison Young Principals based in the firm’s Houston office.
Coupe and Morrow join the more than 50 Principals that are being honoured as part of the Avison Young Principal Class of 2022. Avison Young is a Principal-led, people-first firm with more than 650 Principals across the globe. As a private company, these Principals are industry leaders who exemplify the partnership structure, collaborative culture, and client-first mentality.
Coupe has been with the company for two years and specializes in occupier solutions for industrial clients in the Greater Houston area.

Since Coupe joined Avison Young in early 2020, he has proven himself to be a leader within the Houston brokerage community and within Avison Young due to his natural leadership and ability to navigate complex situations to successful solutions. In 2020, his transaction volume earned him the rank of #16 in Houston Business Journal’s 2021 Heavy Hitters: Industrial. He has also recently earned his Society of Industrial and Office REALTORS (SIOR) and Certified Commercial Investor Member (CCIM) designations.

With nearly a decade of office and industrial experience, Morrow is well respected within Avison Young and the commercial real estate industry. He is an active member of NAIOP and CRU.
