Naperville allows for manufacturing expansion

Chicago, IL– Avison Young announced today that it has negotiated the sale of 43,453 square-feet (sf) of industrial space on behalf of Royal Envelope located at 1500 Shore Rd. in Naperville, IL.

Royal Envelope, the buyer, was represented by Avison Young’s Zeke Rowan, Adam Haefner, and Martin Mikaitas, all based in the firm’s Chicago office.

The seller was TradeLane Properties.

“The building in Naperville fit all the needs of our client and provided some perks that will benefit their operation in the long run,” said Rowan. “We’re seeing many manufacturers outgrow their current facilities. This company has a long history of relationships and continues to grow which resulted in the need of more expansion,” added Haefner.

Founded in 1978, Royal Envelope is a family-owned envelope manufacturing and lithography company. Royal Envelope specializes in meeting unique customer needs from design to state-of-the-art printing, die-cutting, folding and gluing, customized solutions and specialty envelopes which are considered the strength of their business.

We wanted a facility that would provide that same longevity.”
