Advanced kitchen automation services provider expands with new Kearny depot

Morristown, NJ – Avison Young announced today that its New Jersey office has arranged a new 27,381-square-foot lease for Restaurant Technologies at Ridge Crossing Industrial Park in Kearny, NJ. As the leading provider of cooking oil management and back-of-house cleaning solutions, Restaurant Technologies will utilize its new location at 590 Belleville Turnpike as its regional depot to service the Northern New Jersey and the New York Metro areas.

Avison Young New Jersey-based Senior Vice Presidents Timothy Cadigan and Matthew Turse and New Jersey-based Associate Grant Otto in collaboration with Minneapolis-based Principal Mark Evenson and Minneapolis-based Vice President Chas Simcox represented Restaurant Technologies in the negotiations. The landlord, Ride Crossing 6-2 Urban Renewal LLC, was represented by Steve Elman of Cushman & Wakefield.
