Avison Young's Vitré Ravenel Stephens named President of the Charleston Trident Association of REALTORS® Commercial Investment Division

Charleston, SC – Chris Fraser, CCIM, Principal and Managing Director of Avison Young’s South Carolina and Savanah, GA, offices, announced today that South Carolina-based Senior Vice President Vitré Ravenel Stephens has been appointed President of the Commercial Investment Division (CID) of the Charleston Trident Association of REALTORS (CTAR) for 2022. As President, Stephens will partner with the organization’s board of directors to boost membership and carry out CID’s 2022 objectives.
“I have been on the CID board for five years and am honored to spend my sixth year serving as President,” said Stephens. “CID is an excellent organization that provides a wealth of educational seminars and networking opportunities for its members. I look forward to working with my fellow board members to continue offering informative programming, commercial classes that apply towards CE credits and opportunities for professional growth.”
CID consists of more than 160 local commercial REALTORS® and affiliates representing a majority of the local and regional brokerage and development firms. The organization hosts monthly educational meetings, networking events and an annual Commercial Market Forecast. Stephens has served on the CID board since 2018 and was named President in December for 2022.
