Firm grows team with 14-year veteran

Charleston, SC – Chris Fraser, CCIM, Principal and Managing Director of the firm’s South Carolina and Savanah, GA, offices today announced the strategic hiring of Traci Vellenoweth, a real estate management professional with over 14 years of experience in property management.

Vellenoweth moved to Charleston in 2002, beginning her career in property management. Managing a broad range of properties her specialized skills include, budgeting, marketing and working as a team player. Traci works hard to maximize profit for her owners while keeping communication as a top priority.
