Highly respected real estate leader with three decades of sales experience, Will Suarez, joins Avison Young as a Principal

Norwalk, CT - Veteran commercial real estate professional Will Suarez has joined Avison Young as a Principal in the Fairfield/Westchester office where he will specialize in investment sales and transaction management, Sean Cahill, Avison Young Principal and Managing Director, announced today.

“Will is a highly respected market leader with a successful track record of delivering creative investment sales strategies and solutions to both buyers and sellers,” said Cahill. “His market knowledge, client relationships and leadership skills make him an ideal fit for our Fairfield/Westchester office, and he brings an even greater depth of overall investment sales experience we can offer to clients."

Suarez has nearly a decade of commercial real estate brokerage experience as a New York City investment sales specialist across all property types including multi-family, mixed-use, hospitality, retail, office and land development. He has exclusively represented numerous owners and sellers and brokered the sale of more than 75 properties with an aggregate value of more than $750 million throughout his career.

Suarez most recently served as a Managing Director with JLL. He has also held roles at Cushman & Wakefield and Massey Knakal Realty Services . Prior to joining the real estate profession, Suarez oversaw marketing and sales for a variety of internet start-up ventures and handled media planning and account management at several major advertising agencies.

Suarez holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Notre Dame. He is a native of New Rochelle, NY and now resides in Westport, CT.
