Avison Young adds seven to its Property Management team
5 juin 2019Avison Young has further strengthened its UK Property Management business with the appointment of seven staff from Cushman & Wakefield.
The incoming team comprises Barry Young and Dean Maszlin, who both join in September as Directors, respectively specialising in asset management and mobilisation of new builds. Kevin Duff, Amy Rance, Justine Edmonds, Alison Gardner and Helen Haley all join as Associates and a Senior Surveyor, specialising in building set up and the management of trophy assets.

These new appointments follow the arrival of Richard Williams, who heads up the 250-strong UK Property Management team and Nick Coombs who recently joined Avison Young as Senior Director to run the West End Property Management team.
Avison Young’s UK Property Management team currently has £15bn assets under management and over 15,000 occupiers. The team manages a wide variety of property including office, industrial and logistics and retail, as well as mixed-use schemes and has a number of high profile ‘trophy’ assets under management, including 110 Bishopsgate and Berkeley Square House.
The team will be based in Avison Young’s London Gresham Street office.
