Who has been the most influential woman in your life?

It would have to be a seven-way tie! My mom, stepmom, wife, daughter, sisters and my aunt are the most powerful and influential women I know. Their strength and courage inspire me to love well and take care of those I love well. They are my heroes.

This year's IWD theme is Choose to Challenge. What do you choose to challenge or celebrate to help create more inclusion in your community?

I chose to celebrate the power of women to affect every aspect of life. There is nothing more influential or inspiring as when a woman finds her voice and speaks her truth.
