Meet Caroline Brennan

What is your role at Avison Young?

Marketing Coordinator / Ops Manager - Manages a large portion of the internal operations for the Nashville office as well as assist a team of brokers by providing marketing materials for their listings.

How did you get into commercial real estate?

I did not have any connection in the CRE world, however, now almost three years later, I wouldn't trade the opportunity to learn and grow in this field for anything. Especially in a city as fast paced as Nashville is at the moment.

This year's IWD theme is Choose to Challenge. What do you choose to challenge or celebrate to help create more inclusion in your community?

I choose to celebrate all the fellow women in my office and throughout AY. I am constantly amazed at all they do, their success and the balance they find in their everyday.

What would people be surprised to learn about you?

I am an elementary education major.
