Ben brings over 6 years of commercial real estate experience to his clients. He has completed transactions on behalf of prominent retail landlords and developers in the northern Alberta region. He has worked closely with international, national and regional retailers by successfully guiding them in their site selection, market analysis and lease negotiation. With vast experience on both the landlord and tenant side, Ben has expanded his practice to include consulting services for various clients.
Prior to joining Avison Young, Ben earned a Bachelor of Commerce degree majoring in Finance from the University of Alberta in 2015 and then attended the University of Reading in the UK where he graduated with a Master’s Degree in Real Estate in July of 2017. Ben prides himself on being an active member of the community. He sits on the NAIOP Edmonton Developing Leaders Committee and dedicates his spare time to coaching the Junior A Miners lacrosse team.
