Tate joined Avison Young in May 2023 as the Market Intelligence Coordinator for Vancouver’s Investment Division where he was responsible for analyzing and maintaining the investment comparable database for all asset classes in British Columbia and preparing semi-annual market research reports. 

Tate is currently working alongside Carey Buntain, Chris Wieser, Kevin Murray and Megan Low, focusing in multi-family and development properties throughout British Columbia and contributing to the implementation of research support, due diligence support and project coordination.

Prior to joining Avison Young, Tate attended the University of Western Ontario where he earned his B.A. for Honours Specialization of Urban Development.
