Sam began her commercial real estate career with CBRE in 2019 after graduating from Arizona State University with a bachelor’s degree in interdisciplinary studies. During her three-year tenure, she managed one of Phoenix’s premier mixed-use assets, The Esplanade, which included over one million square feet of office and retail space. She excelled in building strong tenant relations with each of the 80+ tenants on the property. Sam was promoted to Assistant Property Manager and won CBRE’s Property Management “Team Player of the Year” award in 2020. She transitioned to Avison Young in April 2022 where she expanded her knowledge in various CRE sectors and now manages a portfolio of retail, industrial, and office properties. She was promoted to Property Manager in January 2024.  

Sam is active in many industry organizations to include NAIOP and BOMA. She is a member of BOMA’s Young Professional Group (YPG) and was awarded the 2023 YPG Community Engagement Award.
