As transaction manager, Emily assists the Carolinas Multifamily Capital Markets team in compiling and maintaining detailed information for inclusion in client-related reports, Broker Opinion of Values, Offering Memorandums, and internal-facing collateral. In addition, Emily analyzes and processes multifamily and related capital market trends to provide market intelligence while maintaining investor databases and providing owner’s reports with CRM integration on both improved sale listings as well as 
raw land listings.

Prior to her current position, Emily served as the Market Intelligence Analyst as part of Avison Young’s South regional team. During this time, she was responsible for processing, tracking, and analyzing commercial real estate market data, economic metrics, and key real estate trends to leverage market intelligence for thought leadership including the composition of quarterly and annual market report publications. Emily began her real estate career in 2005 in Washington, DC as the assistant to a 
prominent Capital Markets Group and has more than eighteen years of commercial real estate experience.
