Curt Linn has been involved in negotiating office and industrial real estate leases since 1980.  In the early part of his career, Curt represented both tenants and landlords which gives him a unique perspective into how landlords think and negotiate enabling him to be most effective in representing tenants which he has done exclusively since 1990.

Curt’s experience includes advising, managing and negotiating corporate office and industrial leases, build-to-suits, building acquisitions/dispositions, land sales/acquisitions, transaction management, space programming and state and local incentives throughout North America.  Curt has managed corporate alliances on a regional and national basis.  There his responsibilities included organizing the real estate through the set up and implementation of real estate lease management software to proactively manage the portfolio with the overall goals of cost reduction and maximizing the value of the company’s leasehold interest.
