Charlotte has approximately 8 years’ experience covering mixed-use regeneration, commercial, healthcare and residential projects with a particular focus on urban regeneration sites. Charlotte provides commercially focussed planning and project management advice to public and private sector clients to unlock complex development projects and provide deliverable planning strategies.

Charlotte’s experience includes some of the most complex and prominent sites within the West of England including Bedminster Green, Bristol; Glassfields, Bristol; the former MoD Ensleigh in Bath; Kimmerfields, Swindon; Chippenham Station Hub and public-private Joint Venture sites at City Gateway, Bristol and Romney House, Lockleaze. Charlotte is also the lead consultant for the 5-year planning strategy for a large-scale leisure-led scheme with a new permanent ice rink at Cribbs Causeway, South Gloucestershire, including EIA.

Charlotte also acts as strategic advisor to Hardrock Developments for development at the former MoD Warminster Road, Bath. The site has a complex planning context falling within the UNESCO World Heritage Site, Bath Conservation Area and adjacent to a Site of Nature Conservation Interest. Charlotte has advised on CIL and s106 matters, discharge of planning conditions as well as the coordination and management of a series of full planning, Section 73 and non-material amendment applications to secure viable development proposals.
