Berkley Baker is a Vice President at Avison Young’s Dallas office. Berkley is dedicated to protecting his clients’ best interests and is equipped with the necessary tools to provide commercial real estate expertise.

Berkley leverages his financial background and in-depth knowledge of the Dallas-Fort Worth market to better advise his clients on the impact of real estate decisions and to identify creative solutions. He specializes in representing tenants in office and flex/industrial leasing transactions across Dallas-Fort Worth. Berkley aims to proactively communicate to ensure his clients are informed and has extensive experience in corporate real estate services, including strategic planning and needs assessment, lease and purchase negotiations, dispositions, lease renewals and renegotiations for financial services and law firms in the Dallas urban core.

Prior to Avison Young, Berkley worked at Hughes Marino’s Dallas office as a Vice President, where he represented national and regional tenants in numerous leasing transactions, specializing in the Uptown and Downtown submarkets. Following graduation from Baylor University and prior to joining Hughes Marino, Berkley worked at Paladin Partners in Dallas as an Associate.

In his free time, Berkley enjoys traveling, running at White Rock Lake, and exploring the various restaurants and leisure activities the Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex has to offer.
